Bless You

I don’t feel comfortable saying “Bless you” when someone sneezes. I’m not really sure why. I don’t believe in God, and I don’t believe that your heart stops when you sneeze - but I can appreciate these minor cultural phenomena and usually have no problem blending. This is one instance, however, where I just don’t feel comfortable. I don’t even sound comfortable. When I say it, I sound like an awkward teenage boy or a bad car salesman.
